Contract-based remote role for disciplined Simpro trainers contributing to technical training delivery, system setup and configuration, data preparation, and operational alignment delivery.
Contributing to Simpro technical training, system setup, and operational alignment training
Offering ongoing business operational support to our customers, including paid Simpro support delivery services.
Coordinating training schedules, documentation flow, and communication with clients.
Managing projects assets, templates, and system information to support clean configuration.
Experience with Simpro, or other job-management / field-service software (preferred).
Familiarity with workflows such as scheduling, dispatch, asset lists, catalogue data, or service operations (beneficial — training provided).
Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.
High accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail.
Ability to follow structured processes and work independently.
A reliable remote working setup (stable internet + capable device).
A calm, steady operator who supports and contributes during live training sessions and operational alignment tasks.
